Dr. Ryan Iverach
Dr. Ryan is Tours de France's official soigneur,
offering massage and chiropractic services en route
and serving as the trip's first-aid and medical provider
with a full kit of supplies and techniques to relieve
sore muscles at day's end. With over ten years of experience
as a chiropractor, Ryan is currently enrolled as a Sports
Chiropractic Resident at the College of Chiropractic
Sports Sciences (Canada).
He was a first-aid provider for the Oregon Bike Racing
Association at many of their events, including the U.S.
National Cyclocross Championships. In November of 2004
he was selected to the multi-disciplinary team of medical
and alternative care providers treating the athletes
participating in the U.S. National Figure Skating Championships
in Portland January 9-16, 2005. Dr. Iverach is the current
chiropractor for the Vancouver International Marathon
and contributes to medical care at the ITU World Cup
triathlon races.
During the 2008 tour, Dr. Iverach will be available
for chiropractic adjustments, post-ride massage work,
and health/nutrition consultations as time permits.
This is an add-on service to the regular tour price,
but one which last year's riders were extremely grateful
to have available!
Pre-paid 30 minute appointments can be booked on our
Signup page.
