Signup Procedure

To retain the integrity of the trip's ambience the number of riders is limited to 12. Complete your payment early to guarantee your slot in the trip and entry into the Etape du Tour.

We accept payments by wire transfer or via PayPal's secure online payment system using your credit card. You do not need a PayPal account.

1. Make 500 EUR deposit to secure your spot

Use the link below to make your down payment, or contact us for wire transfer details. As soon as we receive your payment, we'll reserve your slot in the trip and begin booking procedures. Your deposit is not refundable.

2. Complete payment by schedule date to secure your entry and price

Once we have received your deposit, we'll send you an invoice for the balance. You can pay online or send a wire transfer. To secure your price, complete payment by the due date according to the schedule at right. Once we receive your complete payment, we'll arrange your entry into the Etape du Tour and hold a slot for your participation in the trip.

3. Choose optional coaching or training plan

Prepare yourself for the trip and the race using our proven training plans or custom coaching.

Coach Marc Becker's sure fire methods for training your endurance, strength and cycling skills have taken him to two top-twenty finishes at the Etape, and in 2007 three of our group finished in the top 200 at the Etape (after having ridden this trip!) on a day that only half the field completed the event!

4. Complete questionnaire

After your purchase, you will be directed to an online questionnaire. Please answer the questions and submit the form to help us prepare for your trip.

Cancellation policy

It is difficult to sell cancellations since entries to the Etape du Tour are not transferable, so please be aware that up to January 31 2008 we offer a 50% refund policy on full payments. All deposits are nonrefundable. Thereafter all entries are final and no refunds are paid for cancellations made after January 31 2008.
