Spend a week of training on the Nice Ironman
course preparing specifically for Ironman Nice or any
other Ironman event on your 2008 season calendar. We're
hosting this Camp early so that there's ample time for
you to take home and apply the various lessons you learn
during the week to your training for any event on the
European and North American Ironman calendars.

What's included
Six days of coached triathlon training
and a daily lecture by Marc Becker, ironguides professional
endurance coach. During the weekend we'll discuss topics
specific to Ironman triathlon for newcomers and experienced
athletes alike, including:
- Understanding triathlon training
- Nutrition for Ironman
triathlon
- Swim, bike and run
skill-specific training
- Pacing for Ironman
- Building an appropriate
Ironman training plan
- How to taper for
and recover from Ironman
The week includes two sessions of coached
training in each sport, and a suggested training plan
to maximize your camp experience throughout the week.

Cost
395 Euros covers coaching, guiding
and lecture materials. A 50% refund is available
for any cancellations up to 30 days prior to your
Camp. This camp is limited to 8 participants.
Minimum 4 participants required. All travel, accommodations
and food and beverage expenses are extra. Once
you book your Camp, we'll send you an email with
further details and a list of what to bring.
Location
We'll base ourselves in Antibes
to take advantage of the great facilities all
within easy walking distance of the Camp hotel,
situated next door to the Antibes 50m swimming
pool. We have arranged special rates with the
hotel and will send you booking details once we
receive your payment. Note: The camp price
does NOT cover hotel costs - we only arrange booking
and room sharing.
Travel
You'll need to book a flight to
Nice for arrival Saturday night (or sooner if
you prefer). Camp begins Sunday at noon and ends
the following Saturday at noon.
